the staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in pleasant, despite a slight wait. the location was convenient for accessing nearby restaurants, and we appreciated the option of room service from the pub next door, which was a nice bonus after a long day. overall, the experience met our needs for the short visit.

A good area, good location adjacent to a factory or refrigeration unit, blue mountains and Convenient to highway " over the mountains " to home.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to our comfort. The large rooms offered plenty of space for our family. the hotel’s proximity to local attractions like Penrith Panthers and the Nepean Naval & Maritime Museum made for enjoyable family outings. While there were a few minor inconveniences, our experience was ultimately positive.

It's great hotel with nice location unable to watch much tv on all the stations. Really helpful staff provides an excellent service.

The hotel offers plenty of food that was excellent! The rooms are new-fashioned and huge. The venue is situated in the central location close to the area I wanted to go shopping. The bets part that it's close to everything, including restaurants in walking distance and stadium and Close to a restaurant.

The bathrooms are cold.

I had a great stay with excellent value for my money, and the room wasnice and neat. The location was perfect, surrounded by shopping and dining options, and the staff were friendly and cute.

Breakfast selection could use a bit more variety.
